The service was impeccable, the seafood was very fresh, and the value was good. We had the baby octopus salad, grilled calamari, and a sushi and sashimi platter. I highly recommend this restaurant. I look forward to going back to try the hibachi items.

This is a very poor service restaurant and expensive place to eat for the quality of food. After waiting about 40 minutes for food yesterday. I asked the waitress and he told me it took about 30 more minutes for food. They did not even cook my food at that time. I asked to pay for a cup of soup because it was served. It costs almost 5 dollars mostly liquid and one piece of mushroom. I walked out feeling disappointed because they could tell me it took more than an hour to get the food. The price in the menu is more expensive compared to Asian Bistro and other Asian food in McKnight road. I do not understand why they are busy but they will not get my business any more.

Wow!I prefer sashimi and my favorite is salmon and salmon roe. I just had the BEST salmon sashimi ever. It was so fresh.I got a tuna roll and salmon roll. They were also fresh and fantastic.

My husband and I love Kawa. It is the best place to get sushi or hibachi cuisine in the North Hills. We have eaten in the restaurant a number of times and order take out all of the time. The staff is wonderful and very kind. The food is exceptional quality every time. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This place was a really nice surprise on my first visit. It's located in a strip mall next to a DMV. The sushi is great for the price and in my opinion is one of the best moderately priced options around. I've been back several times and the quality is consistently good. It's obvious the kitchen pays attention to detail.Parking: There's a large parking area in the strip mall. Each time I have gone there has been plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: I brought my daughter each time I've went. The staff were super nice and my daughter really likes the strawberry bubble tea. Which is actually quite good.
