I’m not local so we were looking for someplace close to our daughter’s house. Glad I chose here. We ordered a white pizza and a 6 cut siciliano pizza. Both were delicious. Also The staff was very friendly. We will definitely order here again next time we hear.

I’ve been going to Milanos for close to 40 years. By far, it is the best pizza Around. The family are great people really care about their customers. The owner Herman was one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago, but his son and wife still run the place. Bottom line you can’t go wrong ordering pizza from Milanos’s.

I have used Milanos a few times in the past while living in various houses near and in Shaler. Generally, the customer service, speed, and food were all fantastic. Recently I used them twice, and have been disappointed both times.I ordered a single cheese pizza, and was given an estimated hour delivery time. I live right in the edge of Etna. I placed the order about 40 minutes before they closed. I called the pizza shop about 10 minutes after close to make sure my pizza was made and was going to be delivered. They answered "we're closed" and immediately hung up the phone. I called again and was answered by a different person and they were much nicer. They listened and informed me the pizza was almost there (it was).A couple days later I gave them another try. Ordered a large pizza with half green peppers. I was given a message about 30 minutes later that my address was out of range and my pizza was cancelled. I wasn't told I could come pick it up, or given a call. I received a text from Slice telling me about my order. My address didn't change, so I am confused why this time was different.Generally, I don't doubt that the people work very hard here and the food was pretty good in my previous experiences. I would just be prepared for poor communication and inconsistent customer service.
