You literally can't go wrong with primantis. Gabbagool and cheese with an egg is my go-to every time. Staff is awesome too.

Good sports spot. Sandwiches are the same as Smallman street.

Was very upset about the food I had received, a lot was missing from the order. The wings were really hard & probably won’t order those again, was just excited bc of the deal they had going on. I called and talked to the manager and she took care of all my concerns, especially with me living pretty far! She was very understanding and kind, I wish I could remember her name! But the customer service from the manager here is fantastic and professional.

More food for your money...and yhe mist unique pittsburgh thing you will do...when you go back home from visiting. Anyone who knows pittsburgh...the FIRST thing they will ask you is...DID YOU GET PRIMANTI's!!??. I suggest you make the answer yes or you won't live it down. This is an original sandwich not found anywhere else (outside the name, there is a florida kocation) but has grown to serve its demand, not corporate greed. There's a menu for everyone, alcohol for the parents and a killer fried cheesecake for all!! Don't my free advice...dont travel to pittsburgh and not try it.. or you just haven't traveled to puttsburgh.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely no issues...I have a service dog..he accesses the tables well..it's clean under there as well.

I got an idea. STOP CUTTING BREAD AHEAD OF TIME. It drys out and it's like a crouton. Also maybe check coleslaw for dressing before just putting a pile of raw cabbage on my sandwich. I've been eating primanti brothers 40years and the sandwiches they sever in these new "chains" isn't even close to what they use to be. Next time I'm downtown I might just stop and see if original is good anymore

Our friends recommend this place when we were visiting. Service took a hot minute. Once the food began to be served, they served the adults first- not the 5 kids 10 & under. This really surprised me. When our food came out, the Rubens were dry, the meat was tough and it lacked flavor. Our poor friends were so embarrassed. The atmosphere itself was neat. However, it was evident that they were short staffed because you could see 4-5 un-bussed tables. If I lived there I might go back for a second shot- but from this first experience, I’d recommend to go elsewhere.

Coming from someone that never complains….Wings were insanely overpriced for size and undercooked. Fries had no flavor. Service was terrible. Paid with $100 bill on $40 tab and was asked “do you need change”. For real? Will not be back.
