Made a mobile order on a busy Saturday morning and when I realized it was going to be a while I asked to cancel the order as I was going to be late for work, and the manager I believe stepped in and got my drink made for me! It was much appreciated.

Whoever is making your punk drink this is the third time this week I had to head to the other Starbucks cause it is made wrong. Clearly an ingredient missing and isn’t even drinkable. Their Wi-Fi has a very poor connection and there are no comfortable chairs to sit in. It is more of a drive-thru type of Starbucks rather than a lounge or a hangout such as Panera has. Otherwise, the employees are very young and most of them are not knowledgeable on things any greater than the size of the coffee and what you order. Lastly, there are not very many options to choose from with drinks and food here, four of the drinks I wanted to get were sold out or not at that store.

Calibrate your espresso machines!!! For 8 bucks a cup, i gotta be picky. Espresso has been ridiculously weak. The people who have been working here for a while usually get it right.
They remake it 2-3 times for me and it tastes no different. If the machine isnt grinding the beans right, it can be made 50 times and still taste the same. Yet nobody believes me when i tell them that.

While the staff is extremely friendly the establishment is clean. The quality is not up to par. Ordered a Trenta Strawberry AƧaĆ­ refresher… very watered down and tasteless. Disappointing to pay $6 for water.

I normally go out of my way to write nice reviews and say kind words, but you guys got the wrong person working the drive thru. The young Asian girl at the drive thru window is very passive aggressive & irritated for no reason. I gave her a kind, friendly greeting and she gave me an attitude for no reason. I work 12 hours a day with the public and I always treat everyone with kindness and respect, no matter what. Also, I ordered a drink without ice and received one with lots of ice. I didn’t even say anything about the mistake, because of how poorly I was treated already simply by being there.

Went through the drive through this morning (5/29/2024). The girl that took my order sounded like she was half asleep. When I got to the window, she literally didn’t not say one word to me, from when I paid with my app to when she handed me my drink and sandwich. I said thank you and received no response. I’m not sure why she was so rude, but it just cements my determination to shop at local independent coffee shops where the employees are actually friendly.
