We saw a mention on Facebook for 33 on MAC. Glad we made the trip from Cambria county. Great food, atmosphere and very friendly staff. We will be back!

Awesome new restaurant! My friend and I were impressed with the BBQ keto quesadilla. Save some room for cheesecake (several options). Super friendly. Eat in or take out.
Overall a very pleasant experience, and I am happy to see something like this in the area. I highly recommend stopping in to try it out. I ordered the Hot to Trot and overall it was good. Serving size was enough to be two meals since it comes with the salad and breadstick. I could see myself housing the whole meal if I was really famished.As for the quality, Mac and cheese base itself is good, nothing too crazy about the cheese, not smoked or spiced in any particular way, which is what you would expect since the really awesome part of the meal is the custom ingredients that accentuate the mac. I would add just a slight bit more of the maple syrup and bacon if I was trying to make this particular order perfect. I feel like 2 slices worth of bacon wouldn't be too much to ask for on a 13 dollar bowl.Aside from that small gripe, I truly did enjoy it. I am looking forward to returning and trying some of the other meals.

Very unique menu. The place has the decor of a burger and milkshake joint, but with vastly different food. My elderly mom had a quesadilla that she absolutely loved and I had a loaded potato Mac bowl that was outstanding We had two waitresses (one was the owner I believe) that were super friendly and were really nice to my mom. I’ll go back when I’m in town. Loved the place. It deserves to be famous.

We didn't hate this but it wasn't worth the hour drive. The food isn't bad but it isn't great either. It's clear that the sauce is from a can. I think home made sauce would make it perfect. The staff were great and the food came out quickly.

If you like macaroni, even a little bit, this is the place you need to try. So many Variations to add to your macaroni which makes it amazing.
It was our first time trying 33 on Mac and it was nothing short of perfection. We picked the Big Mac Mac n cheese and it was 10/10! So delicious and highly recommend. Customer service was excellent and she was super nice.

I came for the coffee, but looking at the selection of Mac and cheese offered — I knew I had to get some. The owner met me with a warm smile, and she recommended the “Buffalo Mac and Cheese”, which I highly recommend for any newcomers trying out this establishment. The atmosphere was calming, and the aroma of cheese permeated the air around me. 33 on Mac has my highest and utmost recommendation for food in the Altoona area!

Tons of flavor combinations! Service is great, quick, and courteous. Checkout was fast. Only dislike is lack of parking. We had to go down an alley, otherwise we became stuck in the drive thru for the Greenbean coffee house. Kudos for the Mac & cheese restaurant idea! Good luck to you!

My fiancé and I love The Greenbean Coffee House so we drive by this place all the time. We had a gift card so despite all the negative things we have heard, we decided to give 33 on mac a try. She got the chicken bacon ranch mac and I got the Nashville hot mac. The chicken in both of ours was very dry and some pieces were rock hard and barely chewable. The mac and cheese part reminded me of a summer camp where they mass boiled pasta and used canned cheese. The toppings gave some flavor but overall, both were very bland. The service was decent and the employees that made the food were very nice but we did see lots of fruit flies. We also opted to get pretzels as well. We were expecting warm pretzels and got a handful of cold to lukewarm pretzel bites that were hard. To make things worse, my morning was spent on the toilet. I'm glad we didn't spend our own money just to have the bad rumors we heard to be true. We will not be coming back.
