My good friend and I were looking for a place to eat and the majority of restaurants were closed. We didn't look at the website nor at the full google review, we just saw they had good ratings and the food looked splendid.We showed up without reservations, but they served us anyway. The atmosphere was wonderful with charming and polite staff.My salmon was one hundred percent perfect, it could not have been cooked better. The steak flatbread was out of this world too!My friend...
lets work backwards. -- service and atmosphere were great. the crème Brule was perfectly set. Leaving the greens on the strawberry instead of replacing it with an edible green was not so nice. The lamb was not good, don't order. The flavors were so muddled it was not pleasant. in contrast, the beef medallions my wife ordered was a dish made by a genius. Onions slow cooked and caramelized, with earthy mushrooms and bright tart blue cheese crumble. and the steak loin.... COOKED...
Loved this little restaurant! Sat at the bar for a couple of drinks before dinner. Bartender was great. We shared crab dip which was excellent. My husband had paella which I thought was a bit spicy, but perfect for him! I had salmon which was served on a small wooden plank. It was delicious!! Our server Erin S. was awesome!
