The woman working pick up was pretty rude and then come to find out the whole reason. I came here and spent $30 on two meals. Was to get the honey roasted sauce and they have none. Pretty disappointed that I didn't find that out until after. I waited 20 minutes and paid for the food.

My App glitched and acted as if I didn't pay when I did and it causeda lot of stress and frustration.I originally ordered and paid with my credit card. I left the app to call my husband who I sent my out to get the food. But when I went back the food was still in my card as if I didn't pay.I tried calling the store and it was a robot answering machine with multiple button options that had no options for help with my order. I was unable to get through. My husband said the person at the speaker said they had my order but at the window they said they didn't. My husband had to wait in the parking lot for me to reorder in the app then went through the drive thru again and got it. You can probably imagine the argument this caused.This could have been a lot less messy with a human contact option for the phone number so I could confirm my order went through. Fix your phone number!

Had a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lemonade, absolutely classic flavor combo and great service speed as well. Had 4 other cars ahead of me, took less than 10 minutes to be driving away. And their drive through window is super cool, allowing the window person to walk out to your car to avoid drops and spills.

This is the only Chic Fil A restaurant I have ever been to that consistently messes up orders, fails to provide full portions of fries or drinks along with incorrectly mixing drinks. Not to mention the one time when they refused give me extra sauce and told me that I had as much as they could give me. Another trip to this restaurant, my mobile order of two drinks sat on the counter for over 10 minutes while employees were looking at it wondering why it was sitting there. Today I received a cool wrap with no dressing and a Mac and cheese with no utensils.
