We had a very good experience at this chilis. Our waiter, Jaden, was so great. He was attentive and really on top of it and took good care of us. The food was good and everything ordered was correct. Atmosphere was fine. We would definitely go back and would ask to sit in Jaden’s section. It’s always great to have superior service.

My chicken “crispers” were soggy, and our food took 50 minutes to come out when there were three other people in the restaurant. They said they were going take money off the bill and took two dollars off like what was the point of that. $55 for 2 people at Chili’s is CRAZY.

We normally DoorDash because we’re a busy family. Food service from Chilis started great, however this last time has not been good. Neither have the recent times we’ve ordered, but I usually give the benefit of the doubt…I normally get the same thing because it’s good. But my quesadilla has absolutely nothing in them. And my husbands order is usually messed up as well. Always super disappointed and not ordering Chilis anymore.

If you’re going for the burger 3 for me deal, go to Perkins instead. They know how to cook a burger properly. I happen to like the chips and salsa at Chili’s, and the potato soup, so I’ve been getting the ten dollar burger deal that comes with the appetizer. The first time I asked for no pickles and got extra pickles, and the burger was so overcooked that it was inedible. Second time I asked for it to be “a little less than well done” and it was so raw on the inside that it was again, inedible. The first time they messed up, I called and spoke to a manager and was promised a refund; the second time when I called I opted for the ecoupon as I never received the refund a month later; and a month after that I still hadn’t received the ecoupon, so I called again and spoke to a different manager. This time I did receive an ecoupon for $50, so I was happy and ordered meals that left me $11 on my coupon. Went today to try the burger one more time with the rest of my coupon, but surprisingly the coupon rang up as a zero total even though I hadn’t used it all. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and paid for it anyways, only to get home and find myself with yet again a burger that was not cooked a little pink as I had ordered, but well done. When I eat a burger, I want one that is juicy and delicious; and chili’s has never been able to deliver that. So disappointing, I will no longer be going to chili’s as it is a constant let down.

Very clean and very efficient. Our server, Corey, was really friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I got the totally-not-a-Big-Mac they had on there LTO burger menu and it needed more sauce but was otherwise pretty good.
This restaurant was very busy when we stopped for lunch around 1 pm. I tried a new sandwich and it was wonderful. The accompanying fries were also delicious. My friend enjoyed her meal as well. It was a little noisy and crowded, but I guess that's the sign of a great restaurant.
