They are very skimpy with portions. My steak was nearly fatty chunks , so the commercial of them making it fresh is BS. They pike the first topping with rice making it look Like you are getting a huge portion in your bowl,,, NOT! The servers didn’t say much other than what do you want. Their spoons they use to do portions got smaller too. Pay more for less! I won’t go back! It was a disappointing meal.

I have been to this Altoona location 2 times in the last month and have found it in the same condition each time. Staff are friendly, but the place is disgustingly dirty. The chicken was also burnt and they were out of simple ingredients like corn and lettuce. Not to mention, their soda machine has apparently been down for weeks. Chipotle is one of my absolute favorite places to eat, but this location ain’t it.

This store is an utter joke. 6:30 on a Sunday night and they have no chips, no drinks, and they aren’t the least bit apologetic. Do better.

I frequent this Chipotle typically 1-2 times a week. Every time I think they have worked their issues out, something new pops up. Burrito size ranges between a baseball and a football. Place an online order and then have to stand in line anyway because they won't put the cup with the order. Chips that are soggy and completely uncooked. Now the soda machine has been completely flat for 2 weeks. I can deal with occasional mistakes, but it's every dang time. PS, chipotle auto replied telling me to reach out to them. I will not be doing that. You can reach out to the store and try to get shit straightened out.

The food is good and the staff are friendly but restaurant was not very clean. The napkin dispenser was empty. The drink area was so messy. The table where we sat was not wiped off. We have been eating there more regularly lately but I will get my food to go next time.

In the passed 3 years ive eaten here and have had bad service everytime i always have something either cold or messed up. Just went in today and didnt even ask for salsa on my order but they put it on anyway. Last time i went it and when i ordered my chicken was cold

The place was disgusting! Although there were plenty of employees, tables and floors had food all over them. The garbage can was overflowing (as well as the ice machine). It was dinner time & they were out of a few items & the serving was small (like they were trying to not have to make more). The chips were also stale. It was a very disappointing experience.

I love the food but the meals at this location are NEVER correct..... spent $30 on a Keto Brisket Salad bowl and got Brisket with cheese only.... nothing green at all and the portion was miniscule. Seriously?!?! $30! I could spend that next door a Chili's and have a full meal. And when I try to call and no one will pick up the phone.... I know they are there, I just left there 15 minutes ago.
I recently moved to the Altoona area and I love Chipotle so I tried the Altoona location and I cannot say how disappointed I was with everything. I am not sure if there is a store manager but its the most disorganized location I have ever been to. I was there around 7 pm, when you would think they are all stocked up with toppings. But to my surprise they were out of peppers, low on corn, low on lettuce, dried up and nasty looking mild sauce and the kids serving the food didn't seem to care or run behind to get more and make sure the customer gets what they want. The portion size has gone down so much that you have to ask for extra for everything when you are not even getting the normal portion... I am never going there again. The place is filthy and it was clear nobody cleans the tables after customers leave.. Save your money! For 10 bucks there are plenty of decent fast food options.

First time i have ever ate at a Chipotle. We visited the one today in Altoona, Pa and the place was dirty! Tables were not wiped off, food was not good. They didn't even have any peppers available to put on the food. Not a fan at all. Thank god i had a free gift card cuz i would not have chosen this place to eat at.
