Ordered a pizza 5:50 on a Wednesday to my job, never got it. (I left at 8:00pm) Called multiple times and they said it was on its way and when I asked them to refund it the lady on the phone said she didn't know how and that I had to call the next day. I asked for delivery drives number but they said he didn't have a phone? They did refund it but if your looking for a fast delivery I wouldn't order here.

Food is very hit or miss. I guess it depends on what cook is in? I love the garlic wings but then the next time we went they were overcooked and flavorless. I would recommend take instead of dining in. Although they have cleaned the place in the past couple weeks, there are flies everywhere and they constantly fly around while trying to eat. Also there is a lady that works there that is very loud and always yelling about everything and all the other workers. There was a very nice gentleman there when we were in last who seemed to be the only one working and was very nice and helpful

Only customer there, took over 20 minuets to get a 6 inch sandwich, and I was told I was the only order they had going on. Loud talking about personal things that should not have been talked about. Probably never going here

I called them 3 times an hour before they were supposed to close and got no answer, I drove over and they were open. There was no one else there and the workers were gambling on skills machines in the corner. While i waited for my food I heard the phone ringing in the back and watched as no one answered and they instead continued to gamble and loudly complain about their customers and how they never get tipped. They also complained about how to make my food, they had to dirty everything they just cleaned. Reminder this was 40 minutes before closing (8:20) and i didn’t get out of there until 9:00. The place would be a lot better if they had better workers who didn’t refuse business and complain about the business they do have to other costumers. I used to like their food, but the terrible service isn’t worth it. Don’t plan on going back anytime soon.
I did take out from this location. The food was good! The wings were perfectly done and the sauce was nice as well. The pizza was alright, but that's ok as the wings were the star of the show! I will definitely order again. The only issue I had is with the location itself. A bit difficult to get back out on 6th avenue when it's busy.

I gave all the above a one star idk how the atmosphere was I got them delivered but the customer service on the phone was trash I asked for the bone in wings to kit be real crispy and they were so crispy they were burnt and sNe withe dried out boneless wings I'll never get wings here again EVER it's a shame too bc cobrahs used to be best wings around clearly they've nose dived over the years

Food is okay at best. Service is terrible. Ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. The guy asks if I want to add a 2 liter of soda. Says, "You want a 2 liter? I'll sell it to you cheap". I thank him for the offer but explain that I don't usually drink soda. He says okay. He rings me up and it's $30. He says, AFTER CHARGING MY CARD, "Do you want to know how much it would have cost if you added the soda? $21." What!!??He never said he could discount the whole order. Just made it sound like it was a discounted bottle of soda.Any person with decent customer service skills would have explained this better and not just said, "Do you want to buy a two liter? I'll sell it to you cheap." Give me a break man. At that point, just give the discount to people without playing games. He was so smug about it afterwards too. The food isn't worth the terrible service. Too many other pizza places in town to deal with a guy like that.

Older lady who answers phone always has attitude and something to say. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Nasty, rude and disrespectful. DISGUSTED with the lack of professionalism and nasty comments. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to my food with the way she treated me on the phone. EVERY time. I won’t order again and will tell my friends and family as well. Most of them have switched to Brooklyn deli down the road. Great service and friendly and only a couple more minutes away.

The owners son who works here as a delivery driver(His name is Trent and has MISUNDERSTOOD tattooed across his neck) was so mad I called him carrot top that he proceeded to call me fat, a diabetes pig and then retarded. His father/mother are both very overweight so not sure why that's his go to insult. When I showed I didn't care what he called me he then decided to call my 8yr old son retarded and then said he'll f*ck him up I thought that was bad enough but since I didn't get mad he again went further and threatened to k!ll my wife and kids(well me too but not worried about me) The Owner Ken(the actual obese one) said it's ok that his son threatened to kill my family because I started it by calling him carrot top Yes that seems like an even response, death threats on children for being called carrot top. Remember this guy delivers so if you have kids just remember what he said he'll do to mine. Their Facebook page has the screenshots of his disgusting threats
