Went in for wings. The guy at the front Jerry was very rude and unwelcoming. When I first came in to order the wings I asked for the flavors and all he said to me was show ID or get out. He said I needed an ID to order wings. I showed him my ID he went to the back then came back and said my ID wasn’t valid. My ID was valid and I’m not sure why you need an ID to order wings. The place looked filthy inside anyway maybe it was a sign for me not to eat there.

The food is always amazing. Potions are huge and they are always really great about accommodating special requests. My kids love ordering from here and will request it at every opportunity. I personally suggest getting the calzones. They are hands down the best in the area!

I ordered a xl pepperoni pizza and 2 dozen mild wings at 6:16 this evening. The woman who took my order said it will be right out and gave me no total. At 7:05pm I called to ask if they knew an approximate time it would be delivered, with no apology she told me once her driver gets back he would bring it. 7:55pm I call once again to inquire about our food as I have kids to get to bed and I have to be up at 4:30am. Again, with no apology she said the driver left a bit ago and should be there. Cobrhs II is located just under 20 minutes from my house. I call again at 820 to ask if there is any update. The woman who answered said she doesn't have her driver's number so she doesn't know where he is at. At 8:34, our food arrived. No surprise to anyone, the pizza we received was room temperature to cold, the wings were completely cold. I was charged $55. I called back in to request a refund or some kind of reimbursement. The woman who answered was again unapologetic and almost slipped to tell me what I should have done 'you should've, never can I put you on hold?' were her exact words. She got another woman who did apologize and then made a lot of excuses about why it took so long, (in my honest opinion, if you offer delivery you should prioritize to make sure that there isn't this kind of delay and poor service.) she offered to take down my name and number and give me half off the next time we order from there. I explained that I appreciated the offer but it whatever has been going on there recently has lessened their service standards and I didn't believe we would ever be ordering from there again. Cobrhs II, I have ordered from you all for many many years and I am not sure what has changed but it's not for the better. good luck with future business and if your standards go back to what they were, I hope I can order from there again.

Tried stopping with the kids tonight and were greeted with a very rude employee who was clearly inconvenienced by our presence.
We didn’t even start talking and the order book was thrown at the counter followed by an eye roll and sigh.
Immediately knew our business was not wanted and left.

Paid $55 for two dozen wings and two appetizers. The wings were the worst I've ever had in my life I have had them before at this location and they were very good but this time there were no sauce on the wings there was no taste to the wings also the appetizers did not come with sauce and the appetizers were very dry. A complete disappointment I will never go there again
