Food is great, but don't go if you're in a hurry. We went on a Monday night, through the drive through and it took them 35 minutes to give me 2 blizzard. By the time we got them they were very melty.

I just had to wait FOREVER for some sausage biscuits and gravy with two scrambled eggs. There were no indoor customers and only one car was ahead of me in drive-thru. They also had a long wait. My eggs were almost burnt, my sausage gravy and biscuits COLD, and there was dry crumbled sausage on top--like shouldn't they have mixed it in the gravy? No apology for long wait either. Not going back here again.

Order two hot dog combos. The hot dogs came with excessive mustard and onions. The onion rings were heavily battered and the onion on the inside was tough like an onion skin. $25 wasted.

Guy (Josh) right now in grill; throwing fries in fryer. Complaining he had to make breakfast at this time of night. Acting like it was a tough task. WOW Telling another co-worker he was told he has bedroom eyes.

Ordered the lunch special..comes with a sundae I wanted to upgrade to a double cheese burger..been doing this for years I pay extra for the second patty but this time the girl said they can't do that, I either get a single or buy a double on the side..RIDICULOUS! Then my buddy and I go to get our sundae and she tells us they have no strawberry..This is DQ and you can't get a strawberry sundae! This is the second time we had a bad experience at this DQ..last time they said it was because they were short-staffed which was a lie we saw four employees walking all over the place. Stay away from this place. Also no salt or pepper was told to look by the soda machine ..nothing there and they didn't care. Worst DQ ever been to

I ordered one of their blizzards that has chocolate as the base ice cream. They make it and then hand me a blizzard with vanilla ice cream as the base. Then proceed to tell me their chocolate ice cream machine is having issues. So you waited until after I paid and recieved my ice cream to tell me this? I just left and threw the ice cream away. I'm blown away at the level of incompetence I just experienced.

Waited over half of my bfs lunch break and then got rude service when having to take off one of my blizzards due to having to wait so long and not having enough time for my boyfriend to eat his this was drive thru btw , what a joke!

This place needs some changes. Supposed to open at 7am. Twice now I've ordered online for pickup on my way home from work in the morning. Both times I get there the manager isn't there yet and the person who is can't access their system for my order. Then it takes a week for my refund to hit my bank. Ridiculous
