Waited 10 minutes for our blizzard while the assistant manager was chatting with former employees. The girl who we flagged down had to wash her hands as she was cleaning beforehand. Laziness from the top indeed does travel down to the staff. Pathetic.

The bun for the burger is all soggy and tastes nasty. Everything else cooked just the way I like it except for the bun. I don't know if it's because they don't toast the bun or what. But won't be coming back to this place with the nasty ? burger again.

The absolute worst experience. I ordered online and my coworker went to pick it up and they said they had no order, I had to send screenshots of the order and the receipt and they were still giving her a hard time. Needless to say we were on our lunch break (1 hour )and it all got wasted on this place!!!

Unfortunately it was a 35 minute wait to get our food (there were only two cars in front of me. ) When I finally received my order, it was incorrect, but I did not have any time left on my lunch break to have it corrected.
Every table was dirty. The trash was overflowing. The people and food were good. I would suggest getting take out and not eating in if they can't clean the tables or trash.

Food took a long time, Burgers were cold, the rolls were twice the size of the meat. Ordered mint brownie blizzard just got mint ice cream. Staff seemed very disorganized.
The cashier skipped my order so my husband had to add it at the end ( I was third out of four people in our order). She skipped my husband’s blizzard order. The hot dog rolls were stale. The fries were cold. The drink machine was broken and instead of filling our drinks right after they were ordered, the customers had to discover the machine was broken and go back to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge us and fill our drinks. This then crowded the ordering area. They did not give us the correct amount of dessert coupons. In summary, this was the worst experience we have had eating anywhere.

Went on a Friday night (11/17/23) one hour before closing. Fries were cold. Staff were out of control. Yelling, screaming, laughing loudly and ruined our experience. Really obnoxious. Will never dine in again.

We waited 15 minutes for 3 blizzards when the place was quite empty. They got one of our blizzards wrong twice. When they came back with the wrong blizzard, it was the same as the first time just without whipped cream. Used to be a great place, really disappointed.

The Blizzards are really good.Had the Strawberry Cheese cake, not much Cheese Cake in and tasted like saw dust because of the Grahamcracker Crumbs. The Chocolate Brownie is super good.
