Previously, my family frequently visited for menu items like breakfast for dinner. Trying once again recently, the food could be great but the service was not. The server was very busy and overwhelmed to the point she may have been making money, but the guests were definitely suffering. Refills, check times, check backs, even something as important as silverware offered for different dishes. Once served the waitress was too busy to check back and for that reason I could only hope staffing become appropriate.

Came here with my daughter for breakfast. She got sick instantly from her food and my stomach hasn't been feeling right since. We do not eat pork and very sensitive to it. My eggs tastes like they were cooked on the same area as meat.

Every time I have placed a mobile order for this location they forget something. Then treat you as though you’re lying when you ask for said item. Was made to bring my order back inside so they could search through it over a missing side of bananas!!

Learn to read an order screen and give people what they’re paying for !! Was made to bring my order back inside for them to search through each item to make sure i wasn’t lying over a side of bananas !!!

Came yesterday for lunch and the service was just plain bad. Our server barely said a word to us, spent most of her time on her phone and when she finally dropped off our food, her hair was hanging down and actually touched the plate.
She never came back to check on us. No refills, no “how’s everything,” nothing. We had to ask a completely different server for napkins and a box because ours was feet away visibly preoccupied with her phone.
The lack of basic hygiene and effort made the whole experience uncomfortable. Not to mention the mystery brown smear on the bathroom wall…. Definitely won’t be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Denny’s! Our server, Jenna, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She kept our drinks full without us even having to ask and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. The food came out hot and fresh, and her positive attitude made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to find such genuine, caring service these days, and she truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!
