Came yesterday for lunch and the service was just plain bad. Our server barely said a word to us, spent most of her time on her phone and when she finally dropped off our food, her hair was hanging down and actually touched the plate.
She never came back to check on us. No refills, no “how’s everything,” nothing. We had to ask a completely different server for napkins and a box because ours was feet away visibly preoccupied with her phone.
The lack of basic hygiene and effort made the whole experience uncomfortable. Not to mention the mystery brown smear on the bathroom wall…. Definitely won’t be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Denny’s! Our server, Jenna, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She kept our drinks full without us even having to ask and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. The food came out hot and fresh, and her positive attitude made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to find such genuine, caring service these days, and she truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!

We went to Denny's for lunch today and waited to be seated after a while I asked a passing waitress if we could be seated, she started waving her arms above her head. Saying HERE I AM CAN YOU. SEE ME I WILL SEAT YOU SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO PUSH PAST US AND WALK THRU THE RESTAURANT. I do not pay people to insult me all I ask is good food and friendly service.
