If I could give those place zero stars I would! I recently visited Dino’s in Altoona , and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The staff was unprofessional from the start, giving me uncomfortable stares as soon as I walked in, and it felt like nobody was actually working—just standing around without any real focus on the customers. When I finally got my food, it was bland and unappetizing, definitely not worth the price. The whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I couldn’t wait to leave. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or a welcoming atmosphere.Half of the workers had unpleasant piercings on their face that made them look like a bull and their hair was colored like they were apart of the rainbow and it made me uncomfortable because the girl taking my order seemed appealed by my appearance and in no means am I a lesbian!

Dino's is a true NYC style pizzeria. Plenty of different slices to pick from and their all good. If your in Altoona this is one of the best authentic NY style pizza shops. Been enjoying this pizza for years! Great family buisiness!

Ok pizza for the service manner and price point. Incredibly rude staff.
I’m not from this area. I’d never been in and didn’t know how the place was run. The pizza guys were clearly annoyed to answer questions about what was on the pizzas, and the cashier rolled her eyes so many times during the transaction I thought they may end up in the parking lot.

40 minutes before close time me and my son walk in hungry for pizza. We get to the counter and order 4 slices of pepperoni and cheese slices for the employee to tell us they were out also referencing they close at 8 as we stand there at 7:20 and mind you they reheat pizza that sits on the counter for who knows how long and 40 minutes before close to not have the most commonly ordered type of pizza was pretty disappointing as a first experience at the newer location. :(

I have been going to Dino’s ever since it opened but I will no longer order from there. I walked in and clearly stated that I wanted 2 of the 2 slice specials and 2 additional slices. There was no one in line but when I got to the counter, the bald guy at the counter rang up 6 slices ( no specials) which I didn’t realize until I asked for my 2 cups for drinks. He was so rude and told me I didn’t tell him even though I never got a chance to because he already had it totaled up. When I said the total was already done, he slammed 2 cups on the counter and mumbled something. The guys behind the counter never spoke up for me when I ordered the specials at the order window. They just watched the whole thing. That bald guy was so rude and embarrassed me in front of the staff and people eating there. I walked out with no drinks. They need to learn how to treat people. There are other Dino’s restaurants I will order from next time.
