We stopped going here because they kept giving us regular coffee when we ordered decaf. We decided to try again and once again our order was messed up! When I order the young girl was nothing but cold and rude then when I pulled up to the window the young girl couldn't get her face out of her phone and somehow sugar was added to our order when I asked for cream only. We are done with this place!!!!

1st shift is awesome. Drinks are made right and quick. I've been getting the same drink almost daily for 5 years. 2nd shift for the past year has continuously failed to perform and today when the girl messes up my drink and doesn't even bother to fill it all the way (almost a full inch from the top) so I ask to have it topped off with Ice or coffee she proceeds to give an attitude. Then I get home with my coffee and not only does it not have almost any cream but it also has regular sugar and my son's mocha coffee had no cream either. This is the 5th time that this girl herself has messed up my drink. I have a drink left over from yesterday that's been in my fridge all day and is half empty-this one had the correct amount of cream and is about 10 shades lighter in color. Second shift is also incredibly slow for drive thru service so to make this many mistakes when it takes forever with almost no/zero cars in the drive thru is crazy.

If I could put zero I would. Normally I would give 5 stars but they don’t close for another half hour and when I went to go in they all looked at me and stood there while the doors were locked and then when I tried to call to figure out if they were open or not they ignored the phone call.

Normally I only have couple issues with this store here and there; drink not sweet enough or at all, soggy/cold food, or waiting a couple extra minutes, but today was absolutely all the above at once. My hashbrowns were super soggy, cold with warm middles ? My drink was a chocomocha and it was the most bitter thing I have ever tasted here. Normally I never complain because it was only ever one issue at a time, but food and drinks here aren’t cheap so it definitely sucks when the whole order wasn’t up to the standards Dunkin claims to have. To add: Positive note the chocolate donut I did get was really good.

Terrible experience here. I never come to this Dunkin bc of inconsistency and horrible attitudes of everyone that works here. I came here this morning bc the kids wanted hot chocolate I asked them to make it with milk and not as hot as it was for the kids and the woman said they couldn’t make it that way.. I know for a fact this is false bc the other dunkin and every other one Ive been to can make it that way. Plus the coffee tastes like crap. Ughh I hate this Dunkin.
Cappuccinos are supposed to be frothy and milky. I swear they put actual coffee in my drink not espresso. It's watery and tastes like regular coffee. Very irritating because this isn't the last time. My friend got a mocha from here before. They complained the same. Drinking it made me quite nauseous. One time I got a drink with cold foam and it tasted like it went bad. Also my drink was leaking everywhere in the DoorDash bag because they overfilled it. They gave me a grilled cheese that wasn't cooked once. Don’t go here. You’ll get sick or get half-assed drinks. I’ve given this place a lot of chances. The quality has been good before. I feel like it’s only good in the afternoon/night though. There might be something wrong with the first shift staff/managers. It may be affordable but it’s not worth the quality.

Dunkin Donuts on Pleasent Valley Blvd are a bunch of pos. We go to get a spooky bucket full of munchkins the woman lies says they only have 2 without lids when we were at the drive thru so we go to the other location to see if they have ones with lids they were sold out. So we go back ito this location speak to someone about them and sitting on the shelf are 2 spooky buckets with lids so I ask for one and they tell us they aren't selling them. So we left and fiigure okay that's fine just gonna never do business with you ever again. It's not the fact I didn't get the bucket for my kids birthday it's the fact they lied to us in the first place. Apparently they're keeping them for a employee. Very rude business. Lying yo customers isn't how you keep them. They can keep their donuts. Found some nicer halloween theme ones else where and taking my kid to BK instead so she can get a Wednesday meal. On a side not found out that this location has a horrible reputation for treating people rudely and not so great food.

Went in to there location today to get two Halloween buckets they had two of them left and they told me you are not getting them and this one employee told me I hording them for myself and she told me to get out that was my first time going in there and it will be my last time going in there thank you for ridding my daughter's birthday and she autistic and we made a promise to her to get her one you can have them with our blessing.
