Stopped at this Dunkin for the first time ever today and definitely will never go back! I walked in and went to use the restroom first. It was not very clean and the toilet did not work. Walk out to place my order and there were 3 girls standing off to the side. One walked over to take my order and I could tell I was a huge inconvenience to her. I did not get a hello, may I take your order, nothing. She didn’t utter any type of greeting. She said my total, I paid and she walked away. I walked down to the pick up point and waited and waited. She finally looks at me and says, are you waiting for something? Yes little girl, my drink that you JUST took the order for. She went to make which was the worst drink from Dunkin that I ever had and slid it across the counter. Another inch or 2 and it would have fallen to the floor! She was such a miserable little brat. They should walk across the parking lot and learn some customer service skills from the wonderful employees at Chik fil a!

I order My coffee latte on the app on my way to work and there service is terrible this is the 3 rd time that I get there and it isn't ready and I have to leave without it. I will not waste my money again at this location.

The breakfast sucked, My egg ( looked and tasted like play dough), bacon ( a few pieces that looked like they were dropped on the floor and stepped on ) & cheese bagel . No option for butter or salt and pepper.

Seriously? They were out of coffee rolls and asked for frosted strawberry instead… I would rather just have my money back at this point

Not sure of their name but whoever is always working drive-thru needs to not be customer facing. I get people have bad days but EVERY single time I go this lady is "how can i help you?" "pull foward" in the most I hate my job and life voice ever. It's not an isolated incident either this is everytime and I go about 2-3 times a week.
The staff was very nice but they absolutely massacred my macchiato by the time I realized it was ice cold it was too late to turn around

Stopped for breakfast on my way to work. I always go to chic fil a, but because of the impending storm they were closed so I went to dunkin. Didn’t open my bag right away because I was driving. Upon opening the bag, I found someone’s black press on nail just chillin in my bag ?
