They apparently don't know how to unlock the front door here, several times I pull on the door to find it locked. The. I have go to the side entrance. This is interesting because the doors are locked in a way that you can't go out the front doors, either. Kind of concerning to think that only 1 door to the place is unlocked... also, the selection is terrible. The baker's special is always peanut butter, not really that special... on the weekend, the peak time for donuts, around 9am and they were out of glazed donuts? Really?! This is a BASIC donut, when asked, was told that they can't keep up. Was there for about 45 minutes and never saw a fresh tray come out, by the time left, the tag was gone from the rack on the front counter, so they never intended to make more. They never have powdered or Bavarian creme, either. The hand sanitizer is always empty and the bathrooms are questionable at times. Really disappointing experience time and time again.

Never again. My husband spent over $5 for a FULL cup of ICE. We literally barely made it out of the parking lot and it was gone. If we weren't in a rush we would have went back!

Stopped at this Dunkin for the first time ever today and definitely will never go back! I walked in and went to use the restroom first. It was not very clean and the toilet did not work. Walk out to place my order and there were 3 girls standing off to the side. One walked over to take my order and I could tell I was a huge inconvenience to her. I did not get a hello, may I take your order, nothing. She didn’t utter any type of greeting. She said my total, I paid and she walked away. I walked down to the pick up point and waited and waited. She finally looks at me and says, are you waiting for something? Yes little girl, my drink that you JUST took the order for. She went to make which was the worst drink from Dunkin that I ever had and slid it across the counter. Another inch or 2 and it would have fallen to the floor! She was such a miserable little brat. They should walk across the parking lot and learn some customer service skills from the wonderful employees at Chik fil a!

Me and my friend came in and got the 6 dollar dunking meal and we were charged for bacon and they screwed up on our drinks
I order My coffee latte on the app on my way to work and there service is terrible this is the 3 rd time that I get there and it isn't ready and I have to leave without it. I will not waste my money again at this location.

The breakfast sucked, My egg ( looked and tasted like play dough), bacon ( a few pieces that looked like they were dropped on the floor and stepped on ) & cheese bagel . No option for butter or salt and pepper.
