Not sure of their name but whoever is always working drive-thru needs to not be customer facing. I get people have bad days but EVERY single time I go this lady is "how can i help you?" "pull foward" in the most I hate my job and life voice ever. It's not an isolated incident either this is everytime and I go about 2-3 times a week.

Stopped for breakfast on my way to work. I always go to chic fil a, but because of the impending storm they were closed so I went to dunkin. Didn’t open my bag right away because I was driving. Upon opening the bag, I found someone’s black press on nail just chillin in my bag ?

Very disappointed in Dunkin' Donuts. when we got up to the window after making our order the girl that took the order went on break. so then 2 other people came up to finish the order and gave us the order behind us and we had already paid for ours. and then he tried to give us the pay for theirs it was an absolute disaster beware. So if you're taking the order finish the order before you go on break.
