I’m not gonna lie my wife, Starr has been buying the same (Hot Chai w/ whip and no cinnamon) for as long as the shop has been open. She goes there EVERY DAY for the same drink. She loves her barista and there’s no bad thing to say about the staff. My problem lies in the rewards. They’ve taken her number for years and said the rewards were ready in the new system. She was so upset when she had nothing. 1$=1 Star. Well this Starr has spent over 500$ over the years on that coffe and for her birthday all she wanted was a free few drinks because she’s obsessed. (I don’t get it but I love her and she was genuinely butthurt)

Came back home for a visit and heard great things. My sister put in an order on door dash because their app was down not a big deal. Waited till the app said it was ready and it took 45 MINUTES for 4 drinks and premade muffins. Had to ask several times about the drinks. Workers didn't work on the drinks till my friend literally stood at the front waiting. I personally won't be back. I have a limited time in town and we had to waste a good chunk of it waiting on drinks.

I always struggle to get a customized iced coffee to taste good (maybe I'm just spoiled) but I do love ther Frapps and they have gluten free goodies which is great for my celiac fiancé!!
When they ask your name for the order, I could use a megaphone into the mic and it's always, "what was that?" Every single time. Coffee is pretty good but has seemed to go down in quality over the years

This place has some really unique options, which I love. I enjoyed my coffee there, however felt like it should have come with a warning due to the hours long very strong caffeine buzz I had after gulping down my mocha with whipped cream and caramel drizzle (seriously delicious!). My heart was pounding out of my chest until I fell fast asleep from overstimulation. There are times this would be a desirable effect for me.. since I don't do cocaine lol.. it just caught me off guard.
