Was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's and was not happy with it at all.I simply ordered a BLT and I could tell my bacon had been cooked but then also refrigerated and then just put on the BLT like that it wasn't heated up at all. It was cold! So very disappointed on my 1st time getting new Jersey Mike's and not order from there again. Especially for the price.

The staff seemed annoyed with having to do their jobs, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to them stopping in. We were definitely not greeted with a smile. Sub was okay, cookies were amazing.

Had a tuna protein bowl. It was nothing compared to Subways. Not a protein bowl. Very blah and bland. Service was good except the girl making my bowl didn't ask if I wanted the sauce , spices, etc. was my first time there so I didn't know it was available until I was leaving and saw her put that stuff on others. I was still hungry after eating. It was pretty pitiful. My hubby got a steak sub and enjoyed it.

the young girl with black braids and ring in her nose was belittling to my friend(who is a Marine Vet) ...not a smile from her either NO REPECT FOR THE ELDERLY!!! first & last visit for me!
