Whenever I do a mobile order, they take forever to complete it. It takes them 20-30 minutes to make two sandwiches even when they aren't busy. They never cut the sandwiches, never label which one is which if you order multiple. One time they forgot my side order, another time they didn't add extra anything when I asked for extra tomatoes and cheese. I don't know what is going on with this location but they don't really seem to have their stuff together

Just the slightest bit of crisp to the outside, but soft inside. Want to chat? Most times there is someone up front who will chat you up. Don't want to chat? Use their online app to make sure they get your sub perfect without anxiety. Drive thru is convenient, and you can pick up your online order there.

Tonight while we were ordering a vehicle came and pulled in-front of us in the drive thru and when I got to the window I was told that was the owner/manager that was in front of you and he paid for your meals!! How kind! Just wanted to say thank you - that made my night :)
