Multiple DoorDasher have informed me on how absolutely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL thsi staff is, for merely checking the bag to confirm all items were present. Its terrible when I am relayed the same information on more than 1 occasion on the nonsense here, over merely trying to buy fastfood... youd get better customer service at Adult World

Just order $10.00 chicken box and got home and had chicken tenders , I ate the tenders, But went you try to call the altoona store no one will answer. I live in Osterburg and I'm not running back to altoona just to get the right order. It's every Tuesday. Please hire someone who knows how to take a order.

Food was okay. Not the best but edible. Service was terrible, but I understand why the workers all look like they don't want to be there. As a customer I personally witnessed how awful the General Manager was treating the employees. Yelling and screaming as well as blaming workers for incidents. Would not recommend this place.

Overcharged us when we said one side without gravy for the 10.00 meal and didn't realize until we got our receipt they charged us for a extra mashed potato we didn't order, and wouldn't give us refund, place needs shut down and the chicken was overcooked. Never going back again.

I paid almost $7 for a large mash potato for my father and I to split and they barely put any mash potatoes in the container. Every other time we gotten it from the store they had it filled to the brim

Just picked up a online order at the Altoona PA store ordered 2 piece chicken meal original got one original one extra crispy at I don't like if I wanted one of each that is how I would have ordered it. Had a 5 piece chicken tenders and didn't get my honey mustard sauce very disappointed

Asked for all white meat 3 piece meal. Received 3 piece meal ALL DARK MEAT. Husband refused to let them know. Sides are much smaller, we miss their chocolate chip cookies, they were the yummiest!
