Awesome location. Stopped tonight. (Super Bowl Sunday) a little chaotic. But the team there worked there tails off. And the wait wasn’t that bad as originally expected. Keep it up! This is my go to store. I frequent it quite a lot ?

Called on 1/19/24 at 430pm to have a 630 pm pick up. Ordered a stuff crust crazy pepperoni pizza. When I got there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my pizza. When I get it home it was not what I ordered. When we called back they said to bring it back. There is a winter weather advisory out and roads are not okay. This is unacceptable to have your customers go back out into unsafe weather conditions because your employees make mistakes just so they can make it right. My husband better come back safe.

I love there pizza and its always hot and ready and only seven dollars for enough pizza to feed 3 or 4 people .Its a good place to go when you are in a rush . I always stop there when im in that area.great ?Parking: The parking is easy and plenty of space.

They never answer the phone. Half the time it's off the hook so they don't hear it, on purpose. They did answer this time though, just to slam it back down. Ridiculous. And the food sucks too, Domino's is cheaper now, guys.

It's getting more expensive, use to be the best bang for your buck. And you'll be lucky if someone answers when you call an order in.
Both little caesars in altoona are great spots for cheap pizza! The staff at both stores work hard and try to have your order out in a timely manner! Chestnut location is down the one register to be able to take orders including phone orders, so ordering online might be best if you can't reach them by phone, thats what i do. Plank road location is working with an oven that shuts down on them every so often, I've heard it buzzing on them. I go to both locations all the time! They run a short staff almost everyday but you will still get greeted with a smile and a have a nice day! I see the one girl whose been there for years in the stores everyday trying to help staff and get them through a busy shift! Go to these stores with patience, you can tell they are trying! Good job little caesars!!

This place is a joke. I have tried calling there 3 different days, multiple times. The lazy workers refuse to answer the phones!!! So I actually went to the shop. One lady standing in there. Nobody in the parking lot. I called again from inside the shop.... listening to the phone ring... with the employees ignoring the phone!!! I asked the girl why they refuse to answer the phone. She said they NEVER do when they are busy!!! I said "there's nobody here!!" She gave me attitude and turned around and walked to the back. I wish the owner of that franchise knew how much money that place is losing them. On my way to Best Way Pizza! I won't be back!
