Wait time.I must say while this little ceasers generally has a friendly staff and pretty good food, both their wait times and communication of wait times could definitely use some work. The last couple times I have come in here, there has been a large group of people standing in the waiting room looking confused as to why their orders are taking so long. When I went to order my hot-n-ready, they told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 45 min later and I am standing here writing this review. No one has communicated to me telling me why my order is taking so long. Also I am not the only one and this is not the first time. I understand getting large orders and having a shortage of staff, but I think they should change some of their processes - starting with better communication to the customer.

They need a better way to keep track of who is next, the waiting area isn't a very comfortable place when there are more than 5 people and nobody knows who is next.

I love this location. Jana can run a line 10 deep with more humor and efficiency than 5 people. She's always in a good mood, is lightning fast and everyone just loves her. Give this lady a raise! :) :) :) :)

The food just wasn't for my family. It had ALOT of garlic, and ALOT of grease. The dipping sauce was too spicy, my kids wouldn't touch it. It just wasn't for us.
I stopped by just on a last minute thought and ordered a pepperoni pizza because the wife was out of town and I'm not much of a cook. My pizza was already ready. Now I wouldn't say it's the best pizza in town, but it was quick and just what I needed. Good job Little Caesars!!Kid-friendliness: Kind, friendly and quick staff

I’ve come here to get underdone breadsticks multiple times because it’s the only type of breadsticks I like. I went about 20 minutes ago they cooked them perfect to my liking, I came back to get more and apparently the manager was taking orders. She took my order and said they weren’t allowed to but she will try, I got my breadsticks cooked OVERDONE!!!! I tried to go back in and got stared down multiple times and then went out to my car where she stared at me and my fiancé a few more times till finally we just left we won’t be coming back!!!!!
