dry dry dry... why ask what kind of sauce I want when you don't bother putting it in the bag.. today I decided to get a quick lunch at McDonald's for my 3-year-old and I.. I definitely should have gone to Arby's or Burger King.. we got no sauce with our nuggets with a two-way dry Burger probably enough ketchup on the burger to have a female not even considered spotting.. don't get me started on the cardboard Burger that was so dry you could hear it ripping like a piece of paper if you tore it in half.. I get it but what are people going to say it's McDonald's what do you expect? I expect them to at least try to care! I know when I'm getting when I go to McDonald's but this wasn't even standard for McDonald's... complete trash.. I would return to ask for my money back but seeing how long it took them to take my order and my money my retirement would come through first....

Everything about McDonalds is okay In my opinion food could be made fresh and it could be made the way it was asked for. Seems to me everytime I've asked for extra pickles and onion they usually just give me a pre-made patty that's lukewarm and not even touched. It's like it was just sitting there and they handed the first thing out no attention to detail. The other day I got a burger from the one in station medical honestly for not having it for awhile I can say I was disappointed it was a waste of money. The burger it self was smothered in ketchup and it was just gross to eat couldn't even finish the whole thing. The fries themselves were luke warm and unsatisfying so in my opinion I won't be going back for awhile. The customer service was iffy they had one girl at the window serving food who was extremely nice and the cashier was a guy who seemed like he didn't want to be there.
Parking: Parking can be spotty at both locations sometimes it can be extremely busy and there isn't any parking. Then there's days where you can find parking it's an in between for me. The station medical parking lot sucks though you have people speeding and rushing through to get to the lines. Not a great place to stay for a long period of time just get in and get out.
Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals which is great and some people can be extremely nice to the kids. Others can just be down right rude.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and has handicap parking.

Husband just went through the drive thru at the Station medical McDonalds. Even though he was first in line,the operator waited on 2 separate cars that were female,then stated into the intercom(didn't mute his mic) that my husband looked like a misogynist. My husband was extremely upset considering he is the nicest guy you could meet. I've tried calling the place to talk to someone but no one ever answers. So leaving this review. Train your employess's better. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Do Better.

The store suck’s ordered breakfast steak sandwich was just slapped on bread not even properly connected to the steak then I got a big breakfast platter no napkins and no syrup in the bag at all now I gotta eat dry pancakes if the workers don’t wanna work then it’s time to clean house and start fresh with new workers

Decided to splurge and doordash since i had to get ready for work. i got a Large Mc crispy meal with a ranch. didn’t get my ranch and drink wasn’t filled and had no ice? i didnt add any special requests so i called and they told me they weren’t able to help me even though it came from their store let’s just say last time i get anything from this mcdonald’s everyone there seems to be incompetent
