The woman who seems to run this store, is very respectable and great with orders and customers. I normally order breakfast here and the only problem I have ever had was the orange juice being "out", like soda can be.

Food is usually good. Prices are good. But be prepared to check your order every time before you leave. The waits are often long and without exaggeration something is wrong with the order at least every other time, whether missing items or wrong items. I waited 30 mins for an apple pie once. Not an isolated incident. My description is based on going here for several years only because it’s a very convenient location for me. But I’m going to have to start going elsewhere. While the food is usually good, I give it one star overall because the consistently bad service detracts so much. This evening I ordered a burger without a bun for my mom because she has celiacs. I got a naked burger in a container with none of the condiments and no utensils. Again. It’s a bunless burger. I stopped customizing the condiments on my orders because they come to me as a sopping mess, yet tonight my McDouble was dry as a bone. No ketchup. I don’t make a habit of leaving bad reviews. Check my other Google reviews. But this is ridiculous.

Can't get drive thru orders right. Gets orders mixed up.
I rolled up to the drive thru only minutes after the schedule declares that breakfast was over and I hadn’t realized since it was still breakfast time when I was leaving to go. So I pull up and I begin to order a McMuffin but the woman cut me off and said “we’re not serving breakfast anymore”. I then realized the time, but I politely asked if they could make a small exception because it was only a few minutes past. She cuts me off again and says “I said we aren’t serving breakfast”.

They have delicious burgers and frys but sometimes I went there and ordered my usual 2 double cheese burgers, only ketchup with frys, and they put everything on there and some days frys are cold or burnt but other days they are good and workers seem well trained.

Poor customer service, garbage floors tables are dirty the male cashier that I think is assistant manager is rude to the customers messes up their orders then denies it and yells that he denies it yells across the restaurant and involves the people next in line they messed up 2 groups of peoples food more than once

My girlfriend picked up food for the 2 of us and the store members forgot an item and put onions on my girlfriend's burger while she ordered it without onions. Screwing up the order is understandable. It happens from time to time, but we tried to call in about the order and the call went to voicemail 5 out of 5 times. The call then said their phone service was unavailable. Leading me and my girlfriend (a former Mcdonald's employee) to believe that they unplugged the phone instead of answering it.
