This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I drive for doordash and each time I pick up from this McDonald's the wait time is ridiculous. I waited 1 whole hour for the most simple doordash order.

Had the worse service at the Juniata McDonald's. Couldn't understand the order taker through drive through, she got order wrong, no greetings at either window. Never told how much order cost. Manager that refunded the extra items on order never said one word to me. Worst experience at a McDonald's we ever had. Probably will drive further to a different restaurant next time.

Every single time we order from here (which is very rare due to this) they mess up our order. Whether it’s completely messing up the food, literal soggy nuggets with a 1/4 of oil in the box(not exaggerating at all), or just forgetting 2-3 food items… it’s always something. How hard is it to double check the food? Especially when it’s a door dash order? Seriously u guys are gonna run this location into the ground. It’s not hard to read the screen and then ensure it’s in the bag?

As always I never have a problem with the service the workers are always very friendly and polite always greet me with a smile. However I paid for large fries and cheese added to a sandwich. About the only thing that was correct was my large drink I instead got a medium fry and a sandwich with no cheese even though I had to pay extra for the cheese. Other than that being a normal case scenario with things missing or added. I will still continue to go to this McDonald's they just need to remember to train their workers to pay a little bit better attention to the orders on the screen. You can be fast with service and still make a correct order.

Went at lunch time, and understandably the place was very busy. Got home and of course, there was one happy meal missing from the order. Had to run back to McDonalds and stand in line again to retrieve the happy meal that was forgotten by staff. By the time we got back home, the other part of the order was cold. This happens so much at the 25th ave store, they need to open a register just for patrons who have incomplete order issues. The stars for the food would be higher if we actually got to eat it while warm.

Been here 100 times over the years , foods rarely right, fries are rarely hot or edible, something is always wrong started going to Wendy's by the hospital for something fast it's been right and hot every time. This place needs completely re trained and proper hiring. Our last draw was when we got a single double cheese burger and the order number didn't match ours it was from 5 hours ago. Bun was rock hard, cheese in middle was like nacho cheese from the heat lamps it was seriously disgusting they are going to kill someone serving food the way they do.
