My food was made wrong, so I called and spoke to a manager. I was told to come in another day and they'd remake the order. Okay, cool. I came into today, spoke to the same manager and had my order placed to be remade. 15 minutes later my order still had not come out. I went to the counter and was greeted with attitude. A simple encounter turned into a disgusted customer. This manager (Jordan) was yelling at the staff while I sat in the lobby not having my food made. her attitude towards me and then for the staff, she is one that shouldn't be a manager or working food service the way she was mishandling situations.

Every time I go thru the drive thru my order is messed up...tonight they gave my order to the car in front and they drove off....therefore I had to wait for them to remake my order.....same story every time and this store.

After making me wait for 20 minutes for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal all while watching the staff act worse than zoo animals as the line gets longer and customers get ignored, my food comes out to be half of what I ordered. Large fry was barely filled halfway and was only given half of the chicken nuggets I ordered.
