Absolutely amazing place for food, drinks, and entertainment. The owner is a great guy along with the entire staff, and it's a great place for music, trivia, and once in a while a small stage production. I highly recommend the Hot Club sandwich, it's my favorite!Parking: There's a bunch of parking next to the building, on a standard night there's no issue finding parking, on an event night when a band is playing you may have to resort to street parking but there's plenty all around the block, just don't park at the hobby place across the street, he'll tow you...

We came in for a couple drinks and ended up staying til closing time because we were enjoying the band so much. The ladies room was a little suspect, but we got great service and had a blast. We didn't get food, but the food we saw others getting looked really good.

I went to McGarveys for the first time on Friday, the thirteenth, to see the play, Rope. It was a fun evening with family, good food and excellent entertainers. Only negative issue-no martinis or margarettas. I like to get one or the other when I go out for something special. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere; wonderful staff and great food. I recommend McGarveys for an addition to your "go to" places.

I traveled a long way to come see a concert there, and they pulled the plug without notice. It was not a band issue, it was their issue. I wish I could give this crap place, 0/5 stars......

Awesome atmosphere, great bands, clean bathrooms WITH well stocked tp, soap, and paper towels. The bartender was friendly, quick, and happy.Wheelchair accessibility: I went for drinks and to see my brother's band BSExpress. I did not eat dinner there, so I don't have any food reviews.

We have been long time customers of McGarvey's. We order takeout at least once a week using DoorDash. The one time we were completely missing a sandwich, the owner refused to make it right.DoorDash and McGarvey's both deny they made a mistake-- the dasher swears he picked up the bags he was given and McGarvey's swears they packed it. DoorDash did issue DoorDash credits for the sandwich. However, after talking to an employee at McGarvey's, they were going to re-make the sandwich and let me pick it up. A few minutes later, McGarvey's calls me back to tell me the "owner" needed me to reorder the sandwich from DoorDash because he was not willing to take the $9 hit from the refund. They told me to take it up with DoorDash. One would think that for a regular customer, McGarvey's would want to make it right. Regardless, even if it was the dasher's fault, the food was ultimately ordered from their establishment. Based on how slow the restaurant was when I walked in and our order was the only one they had received that night, they should would want to hold on to all the customers they can. Apparently, $9 is more important to this owner than customer service. Maybe the owner needs to take a course in Business 101.

*Please read through to update at the bottom* We have been long time customers of McGarvey's. We order takeout at least once a week using DoorDash. Regardless, even if it was the dasher's fault, the food was ultimately ordered from their establishment. **Edit-- I appreciate the owner apologizing for the situation. I completely understand how people can abuse reporting missing food, and it makes sense to have that policy. DoorDash doesn't give an option to deliver the missing food without being refunded and having to reorder it-- making you have to re-tip another driver. This incident was one bad experience among numerous excellent ones. The food is one of our favorites to order from-- they have the best buffalo chicken salad in town and the Sloppy Rich sandwich never disappoints. I do miss the side of seasoned fries that came with the sandwiches. That seasoning is addictive, don't I say I didn't warn you. **
