They must met South Carolina barbecue cars sure is not North Carolina BBQ. Is cook with gas same as cooking in the oven. It has no taste till you put the barbecue sauce on it and it's a little dry.
Brisket corn bread beans and mac and cheese are on point. Ribs not so much. It's a self service type place and even with that it kinda seemed we were intruding by eating in. I liked the service si k to wash your hands without using the bathroom. It's ribs w sauce sink is way better than wet naps!
FOOD: tender moist brisket, slightly tough and not-so-tender pork ribs, as they maybe came off the ‘cue a bit before their time. The sauces here were really delicious! The vinegar slaw was a bit lacking in seasoning. The mac & cheese could have been a bit spicier, and baked a bit more, which, yes, I know is more of a personal preference. The cornbread was very good. The butter was whipped and sweet with a very legit cinnamon note to it. I would consider coming back here...
