We had a party of seven. Our waitress was wonderful and was very attentive and prompt. Our meals were brought to the table. The majority of us ordered mashed potatoes with our meals. When we stuck our fork in the potatoes, they were hard, stiff and cold. We literally were able to spear the whole serving of potatoes and lift them off our plates! Several of us ordered steak. It came out cold. Several in our party decided not to complain --- but my wife and I did. They brought out fresh steaks. We ordered baked potatoes rather than mashed. Afterward, the group went to see a movie. Halfway thru the movie our stomachs were churning. I paid $103.00 for myself, my wife and son. We were served cold food and ended up with stomach issues. I will never visit this Outback again.

None of our steaks were not cooked to the right temp at all. The rice tasted SO salty. My steak especially was a black hockey puck when it came out. The fries were mushy. Spent $130 and it was awful. Never again.

The service was slow. The food was mediocre and the prices were VERY high. We paid $5 a piece for 2 sides we thought came WITH the meal because that's what the menu says. We probably won't be back.

A large group celebrated my son’s birthday here. Our service was awful, our food was cold and when we addressed this, the manager didn’t even come speak to us. I assume “because she wasn’t dressed appropriately” which is what we overheard her say when another server needed assistance. She was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, but I certainly don’t care about that though. However, she never did come speak to us and she, nor Outback, responded to the feedback I provided on their website. We definitely won’t be returning to this location.
