Ordered online-went to pickup and young employee at the register says “I’ll be right with you”, I quickly realized he wanted me to stand & wait while he counted out the register drawer! When I thought I couldn’t watch him count nickels anymore, I informed him I ordered online, he asked if I already paid, then decided to hand me my order. Being Christmas week I added a tip when I paid online—-regretting that now

We ordered our pizza ahead (30 min. ) before arriving for pickup . We actually arrived 5 min early according to pickup time posted online. When my husband went in to pick up the pizza he was told it was almost ready. He waited and several people arrived and immediately got there order. He kept waiting and they kept saying it's almost ready. After 15 min. They told him it was ready . It took us 10 minutes to get home . When we got home the pizza was cold. Very disappointing. Papa Johns was our go to place for pizza. Now I'm not sure we'll use them again too soon.

We had a coupon for a free pizza. This is the first time at Papa John's. The pizza was delicious. The dessert was awesome. We waited inside the facility for the pizza to get done. They have a bench in the waiting area. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be done. The area up front was clean. The people working there are very nice.

Will definitely not ever order from Papa John way way over priced it's a dam shame to they used to be a good place to order from in a pinch but when they want to charge 3 dollars for a 1 dollar amount of topping that is just outrageous ill stick with best way atheist I get my money's worth

Parking: If it a bizzy hour it sometimes hard to get a parking space do to subway and pap John's and other stores in the small parking lot
never had a problem with papa john’s before. we always get exactly what we order. tonight we didn’t receive an entire medium pizza. called and tried to get everything sorted out, said they were bringing it to us but never received it!
