Don't waste your time with there honor program this place is a joke and there brain dead management and team are disrespectful and did not even attempt to satisfy the customers needs we were going to redeem our carry out card and because they were not all stamped on the same card they said it was not valid I have done thus multiple times and never had and issue not once I'm a regular valued customer I'm not just looking for a free pizza I always order more and spend atheist 50 or more but I'm sorry this is unacceptable they didn't try to resolve this in any way so I will no longer be giving this pizza company my business when they treat there customers that way and not to mention I once caught the employee spitting on the food once and laughed when I caught them

First off, I typically really enjoy papa John’s pizza. I’m not sure if proper training is not being followed or what but the last 4 or 5 pizzas I’ve ordered have been PAPER thin. I did not order thin crust. Once twice maybe 3 times may be a fluke or something but when it’s literally every single pizza I order anymore, you have an issue with staffing. Like I said, it’s a shame because this chain is one of my favorites but this is ruining my opinion. There’s no reason all the dough needs stretched paper thin in the middle with the majority of dough used as crust. That’s not how you make pizza. YOUR STAFF NEEDS TRAINED BETTER.

Got the people were just nasty ignorant, and it takes a lot for me to say something to somebody but I almost let my flapper fly in your establishment here few weeks ago. I don’t know if I’ll be back. You said one of the best pizza in town but not anymore Altoona not anymore.

Lovely atmosphere if you hate your life. They treat employees like animals. I saw a sign on the fridge that read, "Drinks are NOT for employees, if you MUST drink, use the sink!" In addition to that, I received a pizza that was raw in the middle. I tried to cook it the rest of the way and had to throw it away. When I called, I was told that they'd put it on the books and I could get another pizza. Upon entering next time, I was told that's "just not how we operate, no one at this store would have told you that." When I asked about why they did not seal boxes like the other location, management told me,"We do things our own way here." Very Unprofessional.

With an XL pizza one sauce is insane and the bread sticks are not worth price! need more flavors and things 15 sticks and one little cup isnt it!!!!!
