Waited greater than 30 minutes for chicken tenders to cook. If you are looking for fast food, I would not recommend this location. Set us back on our road trip.

Store #12399 Altoona Pennsylvania very bad service ran outta napkins, Carmel deserts, manager was rude at 515pm on 8/23/25. Very unorganized group of individuals except the guy in the back cooking chicken. He was respectful. I will not tolerate or go to their establishment ever again. Very sad. I really liked Popeyes but now no way. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Employee was more worried about texting than acknowledging customers were in the store. Also got to hear a few f bombs while in the dining room. I have a mouth line a sailor but screaming that in a public place is highly inappropriate. Someone needs to get the employees in check and this additude of I'll get to you when I'm done with what I'm doing is completely backwards in a customer service based job.

How do they never have Cajun fries?! My kids eat here and I can’t tell you how many times they never have what you want. Again no Cajun fries…. This Popeyes when you drive by rarely has customers so how are they always out of stuff. My husband’s tea was also nasty. Customer service is usually awful and rude. I won’t be back.

Used the drive thru on a Saturday at noon- the place was dead. No one in line. We had to ask if anyone was there twice. Someone replied theyd be with us in a minute. I asked for tenders & fries- they were out of fries, so I asked for mac n cheese. They said the tenders would be 3 minutes & asked us to pull to the side to wait. 7 minutes later, nothing, so I went to the window. Was finally given my order which included mashed potatoes, not mac n cheese. I usually like popeyes if I'm going to do fast food but the service here sucked.

Loved the customer service experience! Also very clean restaurant. Didn’t see any rats like I did at McDonald’s.
Like the JMS nearby, the food is amazing! Also like in JMS, I saw rats coming from McDonald's, but the service was fast and nice, it was clean, and overall, this is the perfect Popeyes!

It's the best teppanyaki I've ever had. Very good.
I have always loved Popeyes since I first had it at Great Lakes ILL. It's better than KFC in opinion.
