The wings are ALL hot n spicy no matter what flavor you get. They marinate the chicken wings in hot sauce, then they dip them in their extra crispy batter, then add the Honey BBQ or Honey Lemon Pepper. Terribly hot. Tears in my eyes hot. No where does their advertising mention that all of the wings are spicy.

Service was slooooooooow. Used the drive-through, and we were the only ones in line, still had to pull forward and wait for food. Plus, side it came out hot, just had to wait close to 10 minutes.

Very poor service and they don't speak or understand English very well. I went in on a Friday evening around 6:00 p.m. expecting the place to be packed. There was one couple in there and my party. We were there 30 to 40 minutes and we were the only ones in the entire restaurant, yet they had piles of chicken already cooked and ready to go. For who? Not to mention the fact that it took at least 5 minutes standing at the front counter for someone to even come and wait on us when the entire restaurant was pretty much empty. Also their food prices are getting ridiculous. $4 for an extra side? For three of us it cost $44 to eat there and I will not be returning ever!

Was Terrible, me and my cousin went today. The workers were terrible with orders. I had a bug in my sprite and shouldn't that be means my food is free, nope wrong. They didn't give me my biscuits and the people before us were there two hours complaining about how they still haven't gotten there food. Popeye's is the best fried chicken amongst the other chicken joints. Everything is delicious. The Spicy chicken is my favorite drizzled with a jalapeno. The brown gravy has a nice Cajun taste. The beans and rice is complex smokey and suttle. The biscuits are actually buttery and soft. It's the only chicken joints that's worth the price.

This place is grossly overpriced. Over $5 for a large Diet Coke? Completely absurd. If Popeyes in the DC region sells large sodas for around $3 then there’s no excuse to jack up the price to movie theater levels for Altoona.
