Stopped in here on a recent Friday evening as Levity Brewing is currently undergoing renovations. They've got a cool vibe here and the bartender was quite personable; neat place. With respect to the craft offerings, in terms of Untappd ratings, they're not quite up to par with Levity and JJ Hadley, both within a stone's throw of the front door, but they're decent. Cool spot downtown Altoona with great beers.Grapefruit hazy IPA has lots of grapefruit flavor, the pink lemonade summer shandy is so refreshing and crushable, and the hazy IPAs remind me of home (WA)! We’d come back here for sure.
The beer is great all the homemade beer I enjoy im typically a wheat beer kinda of guy but tried all of the beers on the current menu and the guest beer was the only beer I didn't enjoy. Bartender is awesome I'd suggest that place to anyone.
