Born and raised in Altoona, PA. and I know some of the Sheetz family. A Grandfather owned a dairy and several times on Christmas Eve, he brought us goodies (in the 50’s). The Sheetz “clan” is a wonderful family. I had the pleasure of shopping in the first 2 Sheetz “Kwik Shoppers” in Altoona. I know several high school class mates who have retired from Sheetz and enjoyed their time working there. Now, we just got the first Sheetz relatively close by in Michigan. Been there twice so far. In sum, the Sheetz family are a wonderful bunch. I hope Michigan enjoys Sheetz as much as Sheetz enjoys Michigan.

They weren't even busy when we came in and we ended up waiting for about 20 to 25 minutes for hot dogs a chicken sub and fried apps and fries. When they weren't busy. All of our hot dogs were cold in the middle and getting tough on the outside. The bacon on our food was raw. The chicken sub has 8 small cold pieces of chicken on a roll that hard as a rock. They forgot the condiments on our hot dogs. The only thing they didn't mess up was the French fries and fried app platter. Not even worth dealing with them to get out money back. We had this same issue before with multiple Sheetz. What a waste of 30 bucks on disgust almost inedible food.

This is a decent sheetz location. Nice staff and plenty of inventory. Pumps are a hair busy. My only complaint is that every table within was taken by local citizens that were not eating anything. It’s nice they allow that but good luck sitting down for lunch.

They have the best staff and the food is amazing, and I love it how you can get refillable cups.

Went to the restroom on July 24th around 11:30pm needed cleaned stopped in at 10am on july 25 and the restroom was in the same shape. Garbage everywhere in the men's room.

They need make sure the people in the kitchen can read order all wrong
They can never get an order correct and when you call noone answers.They don't care it happens all the time.

I do not care to eat there for one thing they charge for cheese for you MTO I thought that when you got a hoagie the cheese was included not there I would sooner go to Subway

Ask for fries without salt and they are spooked good. I like salt but here it's like they give ya salt with covering. The fries !
