Sometimes when I need a break from the home office I come here. I’m a fan of the Starbucks ambiance, and with it being quiet it’s a great place to work for a bit. The little food items aren’t bad, and neither are the drinks. I’ve rarely had a bad encounter with the staff. All in all a good experience.

This location has really gone down hill. They used to do good on the regular, now if they haven't outright ran out of stuff to make drinks, the quality is hit and miss. The location at Martin's or Target are a better bet...

Customer service tip...when you spill hot coffee all over a customer's hand and forearm it's good to acknowledge your mistake and maybe even comp the coffee.

Ordered a summer-berry lemonade refresher, but unfortunately it was watered down tasting even after removing the ice. Speaking of ice, the cup was full to the brim with ice, and when the ice was removed, less than half of the drink remained due to the over abundance of ice.
