nice store but a worker by the name of liv was very hostile with a customer ahead of me and overall just very rude, yelling at customers and other employees.i walked into this store 5 days later getting a drink and asked to speak to the other lady and the liv girl asked me “do you work in customer service” i said no and she told me i should try it. first of all if you work in customer service you need to be able to handle yourself.

We love to stop in for self care and get cake pops but not today unfortunately times are tough. Definitely next time! My mini and I love this part of our month! The staff is amazing and you get to know them and it's always a pleasure to get a chai and a cake pop from friendly smiling faces. Love your crew!

My sister, Melinda, is a Starbucks Gold Card holder and has earned over 2,000 stars that she could be cashing in for free products, but she would rather go into the Martin’s Starbucks because of the awesome service she gets every time from Jane, Des and Ally. They always greet her with a friendly smile and a warm “how are you?” She told me the drinks are always “perfect”!! Thanks girls! Good work!

Terrible..server spilled hot coffee in my car at drive through.Burned my fiance legs and soaked her clothes.offered 45 gift card that didn't cover my car or her clothes.and they still charged me for a wet sandwich......sorry Howie no more

Was there last night to get my granddaughter a drink. The one girl in the drive thru was awfulhad no clue what she was doing and just kept laughing like a fool. She had tears running down her face it was so immature and rude. If it's that funny let us all in on it we can all use a laugh ?♀️?
