Customer service has died at this location, it’s gradually gone downhill over the past 2 years. I think it must be under new mgmt or ownership. There is a middle aged lady with dark hair who always seems to be running the shifts, she’s awful- rude tone, terrible leadership of her staff / barking orders. I sat here and witnessed her turn down an elderly man’s coupon that was expiring TODAY… what the heck, that’s awful. I also just watched her take her cut of the tip jar- since when does management get a cut in sandwich artist tips…

Well had a order that would have come to about 38 bucks and they wouldn't take a 50 bill smh won't be back with my work crew only acouple bucks to buy marker to check fake bills

THANK YOU for not caring about people who are gluten free and deciding to NO LONGER ORDER YOUR GLUTEN FREE BREAD. Because of you, I have found Firehouse subs and they have the most incredible gluten free sub rolls EVER!!! The last time I walked into your establishment I tried to order a GF sub (as i always did), your employee said "We ran out and we aren't ordering anymore" . I love that for me. I've eaten at Firehouse for 3 days in a row now for lunch :) I'm going there again today! thank you thank you thank you!

We arrived an hour and a half before closing time. We walked in and two staffers were in the front. The male greeted us pleasantly as a female came in from the back and went behind the serving counter. He went into the back and she began busily fiddling with the food and condiment bins. Putting covers on each bin as fast as she could and removing empty bins. I waited to be addressed watching as she continued to fiddle with stuff on the assembly station. Finally I spoke up asking for a steak and cheese 6 inch sub. She asked me mmmmm? I asked — What? She then repeated her question loudly while looking at me as though I was insulting her. When my sub was ready she asked is that all? Yes I replied. No thank you. Not one smile or pleasant greeting or farewell. I sure hope she doesn’t put other customers this way. But experience tells me that she’s on the way to undermining the location as a good place to grab a bite.
