Terrible attitude, I said I had a coupon upfront and when I got to checkout my sandwiches didn't apply to the coupon. The coupon does not say anything is excluded.
my order was wrong and there is no option to say anything or request my money back. do not recommend. -5 stars

I recently visited this subway location where I had an exceptional experience thanks to two standout employees, Johnny and Cass. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Johnny was efficient and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect sandwich while ensuring all my requests were met. Cass was equally impressive, keeping the dining area spotless and inviting, which made my meal even more enjoyable. Their teamwork and dedication to customer service truly stood out. I left feeling satisfied not just with my meal but with the overall experience. Kudos to Johnny and Cass for going above and beyond!

When I go in and get food it’s fine. When I do an online order and if I put any special instructions they choose to ignore it. They don’t look at the order. They choose to ignore the special instructions and that’s just considered laziness. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I simply ask for extra pickles and I receive 2 or 3.

See my picture of receipt attached. (Under special instructions is what I was ordering then, and have done before with my previous orders which were fine.) It took a week for the manager Emily to reply to my complaint ( and 2 complaints filed online) The only reason that I believe she even bothered to call me back is because I got tired of no call back , and went directly to the store to to try and talk to the manager. My order was totally screwed up with wrong ingredients, I did receive the tuna and meatball sub which I ordered, but none of the condiments were correct. Emily insisted she had on video my exact order being placed correctly . She wouldn't agree that special instructions had anything to do with what I ordered???? I made my order under special instructions, which I have always done there with no problem before. This time it was totally screwed up and Emily would only argue with me and refuse to help me. I will never go there again and if you ever order through their app, you better call ahead of time to make sure they have it right, because you'll never get anywhere with Emily totally confrontational and disrespectful. Emily refused to help me under any circumstances. I will never go there again. The staff there was very nice. I showed them my receipt they were very understanding very friendly and nice. Emily is the rotten apple in this barrel.
We all make mistakes (Except of course Emily) and the staff who assisted me with my issue were kind and had no issue with the mistake, but said Emily had to handle it.
Funny thing is that the staff called her but she wouldn't speak with me.
I feel sorry for that staff having to work with/for Emily

Have had multiple issues at this location. First issue was once ordered in store pick-up and my order was taken by someone else. After they essentially accused me of trying to swindle them out of free subs I then had to wait in line behind everyone else for them to remake my order. I was on lunch break and was late getting back to class because of this. Then two days ago I went through their drive-thru and ordered an Italian BMT. They gave me the wrong sub. What I recieved was a Chicken Bacon Ranch with someone elses choice of toppings. So me and some other random person definitely recieved the wrong sub that day. When I called to let them know what happened I was told "We are very busy. Let me have your name and number and my manager will call you." I never recieved a call. This location truly sucks.

Subway has great houses.You just go down the line and tell them what you want on your sandwich and they put it on there .I really like this one cause its closer for mr to get to without going through alot of traffic Its close to Penn State Campus in Altoona but in my experience its generally not real busy so there for you get waited on quickly get out of there to eat your food . There food is always fresh and ready to go . There are stores close by to get things you need while you'r there. ? ???????

I bought a chicken teriyaki sub for myself and a wrap for my co-worker. I requested extra teriyaki sauce on my sub, and I got none at all. I requested my sandwich be toasted, and it was cold when I got it. My coworker paid extra $ for additional condiments/veggies (avocado and bacon which is an extra $2), and they didn’t even put them on her sub! They also didn’t put all of her condiments on it. Do better, Subway. Awful.
