I ordered a turkey sandwich and DoorDash delivered it but they gave them a tuna sub when I called to get the correct order the person was rude and hung up in my ear I buy from them once a week spending over 20 dollars so for you to mess my order up and hang up on me tells me you only care about my money so today is the last time they will get my money I am boycotting SUBWAY and make sure my family and friends do the same thing

I go here very often being that I work in walking distance. Tried the footlong nachos today and they told me that can not add anything/remove to it besides tom , onion, and jalpenos. Worker was just plain rude about it. Regardless its BS I pay for it. I want it the way I want it. So Ill probably go here a lot less and recommend you do the same.

I wonder how the owner would feel about the employees at the location next to Papa John's, especially the long haired prick with glasses, closing at 745 when the hours state they are open until 9pm on Sunday.

The absolute worst I had an online order and they didn’t receive the order. I showed them on my app on my phone that my order was sent to the store and it says that it was ready for pick up the girl Jasmine that works there. She was helping me fine. She was letting the other person who just clocked in now. Hey it says that we made it already and it’s our store the girl who just clocked in made me out to be a liar. She kept asking well did you check his phone? Is it actually on his phone? Did he actually place it at our restaurant? I don’t like being called a liar so I showed her my phone put my phone right on the counter and said just like I was just talking with her before you rudely came in the middle and interrupted. It’s right there on my phone. I’m not lying to you. She didn’t wanna help me. She didn’t wanna contact the manager to help me. She didn’t wanna do her job? I was told to come back later to see if they got the ticket and if they didn’t get the ticket I would be refunded.
bullshit is what that is!

The location is supposed to be open until 10 PM Monday through Saturday, apparently at this location they round up the time and 9:30 PM equals 10 PM. This happened three times in a row, the doors were locked and the people inside saw us and ignored us. It would be one thing if I'd arrived a few minutes before 10 PM but I was there before 9:45 PM and despite the sign saying they're open until 10 PM, they were closed by 9:30 PM. I know this because other people there were telling me they arrived even earlier and they were closed and the employees ignored them when they knocked.
I know people want to get home and unwind, trust me, everyone with a job does, but closing a half hour early because you feel like it is bad business practice. Imagine working a 9-to-5 job and telling your boss at 4:30 that you didn't feel like working anymore and 4:30 is close enough to 5 anyway. That wouldn't fly. So it shouldn't here, either. People don't arrive a half hour before closing time just to be jerks and make people's lives harder, sometimes we've had a hectic day. Yes, service workers are tired at the end of the day, but so are we.
They need to either change the sign to say they close at 9:30 PM or stay open until at least 9:55 PM.

Called to place a sub order. Young girl was incredibly rude and refused to make order. Called subway a few miles away. Lady was super helpful and stated not an issue at all!
Subway should change the name of their steak and cheese.. I think a more appropriate name would be a bread sandwich with meat seasoning.. lol I didn't know Subway was broke lol I support Bob Casey's bill S.3819 - 118th Congress (2023-2024): Shrinkflation Prevention Act of 2024. We need to start somewhere with these jokes taking advantage of us... I have a picture of my unwrapped sub comfortably fitting in a child's sippy cup and another of my thumb and middle finger making connection around the sandwiches..... . SAD.. The child owner of said sippy cup thought I was eating a hot dog.. "hot dog bite hot dog bite" and sandwich is one of his words.. ? I really can't be disappointed with this good of a joke...

I'd get rid of your night shift manager (8/5) if you want to keep customers. Nothing nice about her.

Got here at 9:30 pm, which is before the 10:00 pm closing time, and the worker sweeping the floor went to the back before I got to the door because it was already locked. If you aren’t going to stay open until the time that’s online and on the door, change it.
