IM LOW KEY ADDICTED TO CANTINA CHICKEN DIPPIN' BURRITOS AND CHIPS & GUACAMOLÉ. I appreciate the good Vibes here, but they have got to step up on service. IT'S A NEW PLACE, SO THEY DESERVE SOME PATIENCE WHILE THEY'RE ALL LEARNING THEIR POSITIONS.
2nd time ordering through the app. 1st was for drive thru. Put order in when I was 3 1/2 miles away and they didn't even start to prepare it till I checked in. Thought maybe that was policy. So I chose pick up in store. Same distance away. Got there and my soda was prepped sitting with ice melting to water it down. But had to wait. Others ahead were waiting in store. The drive thru moved along faster. Staff was nice but moves worse than sloths. Placed order before 2 pm. Said it would be ready 2:09. 2:15 i got it and they werent busy.
Chalupas were cold and hard as a rock. Absolutely disgusting. Whoever made these, KNEW they were gross, but served them anyway. These meals aren't cheap anymore. $16 dollars for two chalupas they should at least be fresh. Nasty.

Waited 45 minutes for my food. Only 3 people in the lobby total waiting. They are almost as slow as mill hall Sheetz. Watched them make orders for people who ordered 10-15 minutes behind me. Then proceeded to not make my order until I asked about it. This place is terrible.
