Family and I had take out through drive-thru. They were pretty busy that evening just FYI. Our order was messed up and some of the food was not cooked correctly 😔 we didn't have any time to go back to have everything fixed so I called and spoke with the manager on duty and explained what was wrong. Manager was very apologetic and wrote my name down somewhere in their office and told me next time I come through they would make it right 😁 And that's exactly what...
1st time as a Frenchman in this restaurant chain... it didn't necessarily disappoint me even if it's a fairly simple dish.
The products are fresh, I recommend to try.
PS: STOP putting the air conditioning at -20 degrees when it’s 15 degrees outside, it’s just horrible!

Taco bell always hits ! Employees are always cool. Foods only been wrong a few times but they nvr have an issue getting it replaced. The only thing I don't like abt taco bell is they keep taking away all my favorite menu items !
