We went here to get dinner for the first time and it was a great experience. I got chicken tenders and fries and they were excellent. My Mom got pieroges which looked fantastic and she enjoyed, though I didn't try them myself. Our server Jana was easygoing and friendly and got us everything we needed. I didn't get the names of the hostess (a blonde woman), or the food runner (a youthful sporty girl with a braid), but they were equally friendly. The atmosphere was both cozy and lively, and it appeared several of the patrons were regulars. Overall I would recommend this place, and I know we'll certainly be back again.

Very nice place to eat! Food was awesome waitstaff very friendly and this place is home to the creamsicle cheesecake! Definitely recommend steak frites it was so yummy!

From Buffalo (Mecca of chicken wings) - TO2nd had some of the dankest wings I’ve ever had. Big, Crispy, Juicy. Highly recommend them. The next time I come through Altoona, I’m making sure to stop here again.

when you come to visit you need to get the brisket grilled cheese sandwich. it is very good tasting. paired with a four eyes hazy IPA. By the Behe brothers. The service was great
First time here food and drinks were excellent
This place is a great place to grab a decent lunch/dinner and have a drink. Nice cozy bar atmosphere. It isn't just a bar with a menu as an afterthought it is a nice place for both good food and good drinks. If you are visiting anywhere near Altoona or interstate 99, you should consider Taps on 2nd. Waitstaff were very professional and friendly.

We love it here. Eat in or take out, drinks or not. Hands down one of our favorite places.
