we visited Taps on 2nd tonight for the first time Excellent experience! the atmosphere is great,every dish we had was beyond good! waitress was very personable,efficient and very attentive to our needs. Not over priced just a overall good experience. We will definatley visit here again and recommend it as well!

Dr pepper was flat. Wanted to order an app and the lady just turned and walked away. Got the crab pretzel and it had this ketchup and mayo mixture on it🤢. Got an Italian grinder and fresh cut fries.. The fries weren't fresh cut and the grinder was just a few pieces of 1/16" slices of meat and cheese on a Pacificos roll. Completely embarrassed I took my GF to this place. Worse place I've in eaten in along time. Not good enough to be a dive bar. $60 wasted!

Food is wonderful, atmosphere is great. service is TRASH!! We've been here on multiple different occasions and each time it sucked today was much better but we had a different waitress. the older lady is awful today we had a younger lady with blonde hair and she was amazing and worked so hard running around waiting on tables. first 3 times here we waited forever for refills, I asked for dressing with my dinner and never got it till after my boyfriend already ate his meal. took asking 3 different people that day for my dressing. place is pretty much only good for take out till they can address how to properly wait on tables.

We stopped here on our way home from a long road trip. The food was pretty good, but our server was fantastic. She was so nice, and so personable. Highly recommend!

Stopped in with my wife when we were traveling up to Corning from Pittsburgh. Found this place by accident but it was a happy accident. The food was delicious. I had the Meatball Sub and my wife had one of their salads (forget which one). The meatballs were great and the sauce was JUST right. WE enjoyed it so much we came back on our way home to Pittsburgh and that time I had the Cajun Bacon Brisket Burger which was delicious. And the beer battered fries are some of the best I've had.

Dont let any negative review effect your decision to come here, we certainly didn't and we loved it.

This was my first visit, but it was certainly not my last. Extensive menu of great bar food, sandwiches, salads, and a few dinner entrees. We had wings that were beautifully crisp on the outside and plump and juicy on the inside. We chose a sweet heat sauce that was wonderful. I had grilled cheese and tomato bisque. The soup was so good. Thick, great tomato flavor, and great depth of flavor. The grilled cheese was on perfectly grilled Texas toast. It was a bit too much bread for me, but quite good. They have a little section of comfort food favorites. When I go for dinner, I'm having the meatloaf. Clean sharp look. Lots of TV's for sports night. Great little restaurant for a family meal, or nail-biting games. Don't forget to order the wings.

My girlfriends and I came in for a drinks and quick bite to eat. But we ended up staying. Our bartender Marcus was absolutely AMAZING! He gave us recommendations for food and drink and he did not miss. Plus he had great tunes playing as well. All of us will definitely be back. If you go in and he's there, expect great service and a great time!

This was my first time going here. I went with book club so 7 people total. I was the last to arrive and they got my drink order pretty quick. Then it was a long while before they got our food ordered. I get we are talking a discussing, but so does everyone else at a restaurant. The poor waitress had no idea how to work the system to order our food. My mom was trying to get the orange creamcicle cheesecake early on to make it easier for the waitress (due to us all being separated checks) and the waitress had no idea how to order it on the machine. Then as we go down the line she gets to the third person and can't find what she wants again..she had to ask for help and we waited another 5 minutes to order our food. Meanwhile the first person to order is getting there appetizer. When she finally gets it figured out she gets the orders and then almost for gets to get mine. I would have gotten more, but I just felt bad so I just ordered one thing.
There was also a mix up with sides. Some people wanted French fries and didn't get them, and they fixed it, but they came out after they were already done eating there meals.
Then after we are done eating people are asking for boxes and what not and it takes about 10-20 minutes for her to come back to us and we had to tell her again that we needed boxes.
The waitress never asked if we wanted any desserts and I knew a couple of people were debating on getting some.
As we are paying gratuity was already included on the receipt and the waitress told my mom "it took it off and you can customize your tip." They did not when I paid it is exactly what the receipt said which included gratuity.
I get she could have been having an off day or understaff, but it was just a mess.

Parking: There is a good number of spots right outside the building that looks like it wraps around the building

Was sat and got our drinks but more than a half hour went by and no one came for our meal order, we just sat there. They weren't busy just no service. Had to flag down a busboy to get our drink bill and left. Don't think we'll be back again. Very poor sevice.

Got my food to go. Loved the turkey!!! Would have liked some cranberry sauce with the stuffing but it was a great meal.
