The Atrium Deli and Coffee UPMC Altoona

They have overnight oats! Had peanutbutter oats today. DELICIOUS!! Great variety of foods. Good healthy variety!

Waited in line for 10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of me, but the lady behind the counter wasn't even helping them - she was standing at the side talking to someone. She finally came over and got their drink orders, and then my (Hot Venti Chai Tea Latte). She then continued to take orders before starting any of the drinks.

I waited at the side for my drink for another 20 minutes... Only to be served the wrong drink - it was iced instead of hot, with very weak flavor. If I hadn't already spent a half hour of my day waiting for it, I would've asked for it to be remade but I couldn't wait around for another 30 minutes for another drink.

Poor customer service. Atrocious time management. I could've found an actual Starbucks, drove there, ordered and gotten the correct drink in less time.

Lesson learned I guess... I opted for convenience after my appointment at the hospital and paid with a half hour of my life.

One person working. Took 10+ minutes making 4 drinks. Then when I finally got my order taken she chatted up 2 other people in line. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry.

They were able to accommodate GF. The cook asked how sensitive I was and I told him I have celiac disease. He cleaned everything, cut new veggies, and even made bacon for my order. The GF bread they used is the best I’ve had since I started gluten free diet.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and cross-contamination is very real for me. They excelled in accommodating me.
