Normally I wouldn't put a rating before even eating my order, but I have to share the service I just received. I ordered their honey baked meal with the potato salad. The manager stopped and asked that I try the salad before leaving with it. Now that's service. They should get way more service! It was so quiet when I was there. They have so much seating available.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 with no tomato. Got home to eat and found they had indeed added tomato. My husband is allergic. Had to go elsewhere.

First time eating at this establishment. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the food was really good and seemed to be of great quality. My only thought was the Kens dressing. Should be replaced with a better dressing for the good food. Overall it is definitely a place I'd recommend over fast food places for the same price.
Ah man, this place is the best I swear it’s like your grandma came back from the grave to make you a ham sandwich and some soup. 10/10 recommend my go to lunch place

I was a sceptic, and avoided going here on several occasions, however I now consider myself a Honey Baked Ham fan. The place is clean, the staff is kind, the food is well portioned, the price is right, and most importantly the food was delicious. I foresee many more visits. Although not truly comparable to Carver's of State College, this is the best place for a lunchtime sandwich in the Altoona Area.
