there was HAIR in my food. no bacon on a JUNIOR BACON cheeseburger. this place is a disaster and i expect some sort of refund for this crap.

The service sucks. The manager has no personality and when we said our order was wrong she went "well it's not here" we paid for it. Also the girl at the window needs personality. The manager needs to be fired she doesn't do her job. For someone who works in food service, the customer is always right. Maybe you should learn that.

When the food is done correctly, it's excellent, we are people who can't have cheese and tomatoes, and for some reason,even though we say no cheese, and no tomato, we still get it.
Typically I absolutely love Wendy’s. HOWEVER I will not be eating their breakfast again. It was hard and burnt, plus I don’t know what they put on their breakfast sandwich’s but it was white, creamy and tasted so bad.

I ask for extra caramel in my coffee I was charged for it the day before and didn’t get it I returned today for another and told the man that I was charged yesterday and didn’t get it and shouldn’t be charged for it today he had a MAJOR ATTITUDE about it shaking his head at me he was in drive thru in the morning at around 745 am at the Wendy’s by Altoona UPMC hospital I do not appreciate being treated like this he is no better than Iam if I pay for something then I expect to get it and if not then make it right without attitude this guy should NOT be dealing with the public
