The service sucks. The manager has no personality and when we said our order was wrong she went "well it's not here" we paid for it. Also the girl at the window needs personality. The manager needs to be fired she doesn't do her job. For someone who works in food service, the customer is always right. Maybe you should learn that.

Typically I absolutely love Wendy’s. HOWEVER I will not be eating their breakfast again. It was hard and burnt, plus I don’t know what they put on their breakfast sandwich’s but it was white, creamy and tasted so bad.

I ask for extra caramel in my coffee I was charged for it the day before and didn’t get it I returned today for another and told the man that I was charged yesterday and didn’t get it and shouldn’t be charged for it today he had a MAJOR ATTITUDE about it shaking his head at me he was in drive thru in the morning at around 745 am at the Wendy’s by Altoona UPMC hospital I do not appreciate being treated like this he is no better than Iam if I pay for something then I expect to get it and if not then make it right without attitude this guy should NOT be dealing with the public

Nasty staff and nasty food. Placed an online order for pickup, went to the drive thru to pick it up and was told I can't pick it up from the drive thru? Not a big deal, but OMG the attitude. Food was lukewarm at Best and not fresh. Never again!

If I could give them negative stars I would!! Whatever you do, DO NOT try to work here. The store manager Brittany treats her employees horribly. And tolerates wildly inappropriate behavior from male employees toward female co workers. Not to mention every time I've ever eaten here they get my order wrong. Not a business I would ever support. Do better.
First of all, I would like to say the staff there is very pleasant. Full with hard working workers who get your order out quickly and with care…however I will not be returning after my experience with the GM. My children and I could hear her BELITTLING the employees in the kitchen. Cursing at them, calling them worthless, etc. I couldn’t believe my ears with some of the vile things she was spewing IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!! Needless to say I packed our food up and rushed my kids out of there…they’re toddlers and don’t need to be exposed to this inappropriate behavior. 5 stars to the employees, 1 star to the GM
