Every single item or meal I ordered was very botched. Normally I don't do bad reviews but I have a pregnant gf ready to tear my head off. And a very lack luster customer service team :(

Ordered breakfast sandwiches, received my sandwiches without any meat . How do you mess that up ? Called them and the woman rudely and sarcastically said what do you want me to do about it . I said how about do your job and she laughed about it . If I wasn't so far away from that store I would've returned ready for war , they are lucky

Had to be the worse experience ever... we waited 20 mins for our food while everyone behind(12 people) got there food before us.. then when asked for a manger he explained to him what was happening he laughed at us and asked us if we wanted frosty or cookie.. we waited 35 mins for 2 baconators meals

The food here is great if it's made by certain staff. As for second shift crew they can be friendly or not so friendly it's in between depends on who's working the window that day. Yesterday, I had a guy with an attitude and terrible customer service and I was friendly with him used all my manners. So it just all depends the atmosphere is kid friendly and they serve the Krabby Patty meal which in my opinion was very good. The fries were fresh and everything was given to me in a timely manner.
Parking: The Plank road and the one over near Altoona Hospital both have good parking it is easily accessible.
Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals while also having a wide selection of foods. The staff can be good with the kids or just completely ignore them it's an in between thing.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it has wheelchair accessibility.

I arrived shortly before lunch and the employees here were kind enough to allow me to order lunch regardless. When there was an issue with my drink, it was resolved quickly and with a friendly demeanor. The chili with cheese was delicious, as was the cheese and bacon baked potato. The prices were a bit high, but that seems to be the "norm" these days. The atmosphere wasn't too loud, being a typical fast food restaurant during a non busy time. The booth was comfortable and the dining area was well lit. Overall, it was a good experience made better by the friendly and helpful staff.
Parking: At least a dozen or so parking spots on the side with more spots in the front and the opposite side of the building.

THEY WERE OUT OF KRABBY PATTIES. And aside from that, they were out of about 20 other items on their menu. They only had coke and root beer for fountain drinks. No vanilla frosty. Very disappointing.

Worst baconator fries ever!!! There is literally a drop of cheese on these things! Would love to see them done better!
I ran out of gas in the drive thru, sitting at the ordering screen. Manager Chrissy and her team ran out to try and push me out of the way but bc my car has an interlocking system it couldnt be put in neutral without the car running. I had no choice but to wait for gas to get there. Talk about embarrassing & humiliating. Chrissy and her team went above and beyond to make sure A) that nobody else pulled in behind me B) that they were checking on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and C) made sure that I still got my food! Better service than I've had in some sit down restaurants! Thank you for helping make me feel like I wasn't a total failure in the moment and still walking my food out to me! You guys are truly a blessing. I will for sure be back....with a full tank of gas. Lol

Drove up from GA for work and stopped for some quick food after the drive. Got to the hotel and the chicken nuggets and fries were ice cold. Hotel is only .5 miles from location, so it wasn't from the drive. Will not go back.

The staff in the drive through were in a hurry to get you out. I was thrown my burger I laughed but still unprofessional. My burger was cold and the cheese looked like the cut a kraft single in half to save money. The 2 patties that were cold looked pitiful and might equal an 8th pound combined. No ketchup no pickles but a ton of onions which I asked not to have at all. This wendys needs help in my opinion.
