My family has been eating at this indian specialty restaurant in Ambler for years (as well as previous family owned restaurant) The hospitality of Blue Taj is simply above par and the level of food on a scale of 1 to 10 is an 11. From owner to waitress, drinks to cuisine place is a five star and delicious.

Wow!!! what a great place in Ambler - and BYOB. I am not very experienced with Indian food and the staff was great with explaining everything and making suggestions. The food was phenomenal. The service was spot on. Fresh baked Naan bread was to die for... Highly recommend. I will be back.

Good service and excellent menu with delicious food.The kebabs were soft melt in the mouth delicious and butter chicken was really good adjusted right,according to our palette.Highly recommend this restaurant.It never disappoints.

We tried Blue Taj for the first time and were very pleasantly pleased. The service was top notch, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the veggie Samosa, which was crisp and tasty. The Shrimp Nargisi was creamy rich delicious-ness, so good I told my husband I could drink it. My husband was delighted with his Lamb Tikka Masala which was tender and just the right spicy. We will definitely be back and will bring our family and friends.

I love this gem of a restaurant. I recently discovered it on a whim and I’m so glad I did (and angry at myself that I didn’t go sooner). Everything I’ve tried so far is amazing: the lamb rogan josh, the chicken korma (omg..), the daal makhani, mixed appetizer, samosas. I can’t wait to try more!
The owner also seems to really care about his food, his people, and his customers:) thank you!
